In 2005, Brix Cai, on his own with a single backpack, arrived in Australia without knowing where to live for his first night. Within six short years, he completed his Master of Commerce, majoring in Accounting & Commercial Laws.
To pursue his long term passion for real estate, Brix chose to study a Diploma of Building & Construction. Within five years, he has built a promising career in managing a diversity of projects including houses, townhouse projects, apartments and also large scale land subdivisions.
In 2014, Brix and his young family moved into their first home in the Casey Area. In no time at all, they integrated into the growing local & Asian community. From experience, he soon realized there was a huge potential in assisting people from different cultures, in particular, Asian backgrounds, with the help of being fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Brix rose above the highly competitive field of finalists in the 2020 Australasian Real Estate Results Awards (ARERAs) to win ‘Agent Acheiver of the Year’. Brix’s commitment and results are outstanding and are a true reflection of what he has to offer each and every Peake client.
